This is a really easy class for restoring your energy, and finding more vitality, flexibility and a calmer nervous system. A stressed nervous system can lead us to rely on unhealthy habits to feel less pressure. Regular calming exercises and activities can get us through cravings and help us sleep better and feel mentally healthier and even much more creative. Join Claudia, a qigong and meditation teacher for around 35 minutes of lunchtime easy techniques and practises to feel better. She will gently guide you through a relaxing class which is brilliant for physical health too.
