Thursday Night Meditation Group – online

An event every week that begins at 8:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until 4th August 2022
I look forward to welcoming you to this supportive group where we connect and practice together once a fortnight.
We begin each session with a check in to see how we all are and offer space to those who need support. At 20:45 the cameras go off and we settle back for some deep relaxation with a guided meditation.
With an emphasis on self care and compassion these sessions are warm and caring. Please wear comfy clothes and be somewhere quiet with no distractions, lying down is fine.
Meditation is a wonderful practice which helps us to manage our stress, anxiety, pain and uncomfortable emotion and is very helpful when we are making changes to our drinking behaviours.
Mel is an experienced mindfulness and meditation guide and a member of the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches.
