Yoga for Heart, Body & Mind – Sunday morning online

Hello and welcome to my weekly online class where we reconnect to ourselves, aligning body & mind with our heart space through the breath.
Befriending ourselves through gentle flow, a beautiful way to start your Sunday.
When I stopped drinking excessively I realised that I was completely disconnected from myself, from my physical body as well as my true essence which aligned with my values, I didn’t recognise myself any more.
Practicing yoga has been transformative in changing my lifestyle and remains an important part of my recovery journey.
Practicing and teaching bring me joy which I love to share so do join me whether you are new to yoga or a more experienced practitioner. The focus is on gentle movement with breath, deep connection and self-compassion.
