But that’s not all. We’ve got more than 40 low and no alcohol drinks at the festival, including craft beers, wines, spirits, lower-sugar sodas, tonics and infusions. Discover all the drinks at the festival.
The Mindful Drinking Festival is the perfect opportunity to dive deeper and discover all types of alcohol-free drinks, guided by mindful drinking experts. Whether you’re interested in mindful cocktail-making, alcohol-free wine or beer, or want an overview of the best drinks on the market, there’s a masterclass with your name on it.
Masterclasses are being held on the market balcony. All the masterclasses are free of charge, but you must book a ticket to secure your place – this is in addition to your regular festival ticket. You can book your masterclass tickets in advance, or sign up on the day using the QR codes around the festival. Places are strictly limited though, so book now to ensure you don’t miss out!
Alongside the festival, we’re running a programme of talks, panel discussions and keynote sessions with invited guest speakers. All these events are being hosted at Presuming Ed, a fabulous coffee shop just around the corner from the market at 114-115, London Rd, Brighton BN1 4JG. There’s need to book in advance for any of these events. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kicking off our programme on Saturday is keynote speaker Veronica Valli, author, podcaster and creator of the Soberful programme. She’ll be speaking with Club Soda co-founder Laura Willoughby about living an alcohol-free life. And on Sunday, we’re joined by the brilliant comedian, accidental relationship guru and author of The Breakup Monologues Rosie Wilby to discuss mindfully navigating breakups, and even finding joy in them! Plus there are panel discussions and talks on everything from sober summers to cutting down wine. Check out the full programme below and learn more about our festival keynote speakers, drinks hosts and guest panellists.
