Discover mindful drinking workshop
February 11 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm GMTFree
More and more people are choosing to change their drinking. But how can low-alcohol and alcohol-free alternatives help you live well? And how can you make better choices if you are cutting down or taking a break?
Join Club Soda’s Ali Press and Teddy Hardman to explore the world of mindful drinking:
- Discover the secrets of cutting down or taking a break
- Supercharge your social life by making better drinks choices
- And make your celebrations inclusive for people who drink less or not at all.
Being mindful about drinking doesn’t mean giving up the things you love. So this informative workshop is for everyone.
And as a bonus, you’ll get access to Club Soda’s free introductory course. This includes a self-assessment of your drinking habits, more advice on choosing alcohol-free drinks, and more practical tools to change your drinking, your way.
You are also welcome to stay after your workshop and have drinks and snacks at our Tasting Room bar, and our expert team will be on hand to help you choose your new favourite low and no drinks.
