Co-creator of Mindfulness-Based Addiction Recovery and co-author of Eight Step Recovery: Using The Buddha’s Teaching to Overcome Addiction, Valerie is passionate about help people recover from addiction, stinking thinking, negative mental states, and compulsive and obsessive behaviours.
