How do I get past day 1?
You are not alone! Whether this is your first go at trying to make a change to your drinking habits, or you have lost count of the number of times you have started day 1. We’ve got your back.
Change is not easy but we have the right experts to help. In this workshop, Stephanie will take you through the key steps to sustainable change. She will cover aspects of planning your month ahead, highlight some of the issues you may encounter and explain what may be happening to your body in the first days and weeks.
Stephanie is a qualified Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP, trainer and manager. She has many years of experience and has facilitated change in many different people from all walks of life during this time.
Stephanie has experience of specialising in behaviour change and addictions as a 1-1 Practitioner and Group facilitator. Stephanie is also the successful manager and leader of multidisciplinary teams within the health and voluntary sector. You can find out more about Stephanie here:
