Manchester Evening Social. Summer 19
August 29 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm£6
Richard is hosting an evening social at Albert’s Schloss in Manchester.
Albert’s Schloss is a huge German-style Bier Palace. They serve rustic Bavarian Alpine food freshly prepared at the Cook Haus, and bread and pastries homebaked daily. They host regular weird, wonderful and wild performance and cabaret through the week and is situated between the Opera House, MCCC and Bridgewater Hall.
The pub serves three lush mocktails, alongside Booch and Brew Kombushas, Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier and Jever Fun alcohol-free beers and a large range of sodas and softs.
The dinner menu is massive and ranges from £4 for Sweet Potatoe Fries, £29 for Fillet steak, £10 for a vegan alpine pizza and lots of choice and prices for all tastes in between.
We have 10 places available with space to expand if demand is big.
This event is sponsored by Lindeman’s.
About our socials:
We charge a non-refundable £6 admin fee for our events which cover the cost of setting up, coordinating and managing four platforms.
We try to create real-world opportunities for our members to meet, to bring our community closer together and to help you practice the important art of meeting new people and socialising sober.
Whether you are cutting down or going alcohol-free, these dry socials will help you develop new skills that are key to changing drinking habits – plus it’s also a great opportunity to get a little inspiration from members who are further along the journey than you.
Club Soda lunches are friendly and informal, so don’t be daunted. There is an opportunity to chat to people going beforehand in the Facebook group and if you want someone to meet you before going to the venue, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for another Club Soda member to meet you and introduce you to the group.
