Mindfulness for Life taster event

Join Mel for this free taster event for the Mindfulness for Life 8 week course that starts January 26th at 7 pm.
Mindfulness for Life is an in depth introduction to mindfulness that is a wonderful fusion of East meets West, a course that teaches Mindfulness with Heart.
Suitable for beginners as well as those with meditation experience, the course will guide you on a journey of depth and self-awareness, nurturing qualities of acceptance, kindness & compassion that improve your relationship with yourself and others.
The course is facilitated by Mel and is experiential, including group sharing and discussion over zoom, an inclusive learning platform.
Benefits of the practice include an increased sense of calm and happiness in life, reduced insomnia, stress and improvement with managing conditions such as depression, anxiety & chronic pain. Additionally, the practicing mindfulness increases clarity & focus and supports addiction recovery.
The course will run from 7 – 9 pm GMT on Thursday evenings commencing 26th January 2023 and offers a safe online community to support you as well as a new skill. The cost is £280 for Club Soda members ( £35 p.w ) and as always I offer concessions & payment plans for those in hardship.
