An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 22nd December 2021
Club Soda’s approach is rooted in behaviour change science and draws on the philosophy and practices of mindfulness. And research shows that regular mindfulness practice can help sustain long-term change. As you pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, you notice your triggers, helping you stick to your plans and avoid unwanted drinking.
The weekly breathing space is time just for you. It’s a chance to experience a short mindfulness meditation, meet other people on your course, ask questions, share your progress and make friends. Each session lasts an hour and is completely private. And there’s no requirement to say anything or join in. You’re welcome to just listen in to the conversation.
So find a quiet space and make yourself comfy, grab your favourite alcohol-free drink and join a small online gathering. Connect, share, and see what happens.
Dru is one of Club Soda’s co-founders.
