It’s been a long week and you’ve got through it. It’s time to wind down and enjoy the weekend. But that doesn’t have to mean opening a bottle of wine!

So, join Club Soda co-founder Dru Jaeger for a live 15-minute mindfulness meditation to get you safely through wine o’clock, and set yourself up for a relaxing and happy weekend.

Wine o’clock can be a difficult moment if you are avoiding drinking. But your need to unwind, relax and end the working week is real. You just need a new ritual to begin the weekend and create some space for yourself. 15 minutes of breathing and relaxation could be just the thing.
