Living a Sober Life Retreat
I am passionate about teaching women how to live happy, healthy lives.
But what next? What happens when you have taken a break, reduced or stopped drinking?
I understand how easy it is for us to lose ourselves.
Lose sight of our hopes and dreams, go off track and get caught up in the treadmill of life.

Introducing special guests

Laurie McAllister – Yoga teacher
She has been practising yoga for eight years and started teaching hatha, vinyasa flow and yin yoga in 2017. She is passionate about physical and mental wellbeing and is working to make not drinking cool. Laurie runs the alcohol-free lifestyle blog Girl & Tonic where she shares stories on yoga, not drinking and much more.

Carola Becker – Nutritional Therapist.
A forward-thinking Nutritional Therapist who helps her clients make healthy changes to their eating habits. Nutrition is not about dieting or demonising or glorifying a food group. Nutrition is about feeling amazing! Find out more about Carola here.
