An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 22nd December 2021

A facilitated mindfulness check-in hosted by Dru Jaeger, for people enrolled in How to Drink Mindfully and How to Stop Drinking courses.

The weekly session is a chance to experience a mindfulness meditation, meet other people on your course, ask questions, share progress and make friends. It is completely private with no requirement to say anything or join in.
