Danielle from Binary is passionate about the planet and all things food related. So, she set out to design a new style of beer using the hop leaves that are normally thrown away at harvest. The leaves make the beer tangy like prosecco, very aromatic but not at all bitter.
Binary has won several industry awards: 2020 Free From Food Awards Gold, 2020 World Beverage innovation award, 2021 Footprints drink sustainability award (transforming food); 2022 Great Taste Award. And they are proud to have made a totally new style of beer using a waste product.
