In their unique production method, alcohol-full wine first undergoes a de-alcoholization process using the most advanced technology available. Then, as the only provider in the world to do so, BOLLE introduces a second fermentation. They add fresh grape juice and yeast to the de-alcoholized wine, starting a second fermentation that produces the final alcohol-free product.

Roberto Vanin is Bolle’s Founder and Chief Wine Maker. His roots in Treviso, Italy, planted the seeds for his love of sparkling wine, affectionately known as “BOLLE”. He was educated in wine making and chemistry at the University of Padova and has had a distinguished career in research and development across various industries.
