Launched early 2021 by Fabien Marchand-Cassagne and Sebastien Thomas, Moderato is pioneering a new wine style, born of Fabien’s experience in sustainable brand development, and Sebastien’s family heritage as Cognac producers. Enjoy the white wine with a scent of cooked apples, a light woody note for roundness and a balanced acidity. Indulge in their red wine, a delightful grenache with balanced tannins, gentle acidity and plush berries. And finally, to add pizazz to your celebrations, their sparkling wine is made with verdejo grapes to create a delightful drink with a golden hue. Balanced, fruity, with subtle notes of apple and hazelnut, it is enhanced by fine bubbles to give a lasting flavour.
We have also included the best Champagne saver ever! We use this 20/30 Champagne Super Sealer Stopper in our Tasting Room, and it can keep your fizz good for five days! We have customized it with the Club Soda bubble logo.
