Lyre’s Pink London Spritz

• 60ml Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
• 60ml Lyre’s Classico
• 30ml with Premium Lemonade/Tonic/Soda
• Garnish with fresh strawberries and sprig of mint
• Method: Build all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir.

Lyre’s Pink Gin and Tonic

• 60cl Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
• 120ml Premium Mediterranean Tonic
• Garnish with grapefruit and rosemary sprig
• Method: Build all ingredients in glass with ice. Stir.

Lyre’s Pink Negroni

• 60ml Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
• 30ml Aperitif Rosso
• 15ml Italian Spritz
• 2x Dashes Orange Bitters
• Garnish with lemon wheel
• Method: Stir briefly over large block of ice
