The Next Round: What happens after you change your drinking?

The Next Round

A podcast series from Club Soda

The Next Round is a podcast series from Club Soda filled with stories about what happens after you change your drinking.

The Next Round is hosted by Laura Willoughby. Laura quit drinking over a decade ago and her experiences led directly to the creation of Club Soda. Her personal experience shows that, once alcohol is in its place, a world of opportunity opens up. In this series, she explores this important aspect of changing your drinking, as where you want to be in the future can help you in the process of change and help you keep to your goal.

Week by week, Laura meets inspirational people who’ve built new lives beyond alcohol, discovered their passions and found satisfaction and fulfilment in a world that doesn’t centre around drinking. Over the next few months you will hear from people from all walks of life and what they have discovered in the years post-binging – from swimming 21 miles and writing books, to confident socialising and stand-up comedy. What comes next could be anything

Meet Laura Willoughby, host of the Next Round
