Wednesday 2nd October – 2pm-5pm

📊 An introduction to alcohol-free at The Club Soda Tasting Room, 39 Drury Lane With Laura Willoughby, Jussi Tolvi and Josh Kelly. Hear data and insights that will help power your purchasing and making decisions and find out how this links with your and your team’s health with The Drinks Trust. 

Wednesday 9th October – 2pm-5pm

🫒 Creating perfect alcohol-free cocktails and learn to photograph them at The Club Soda Tasting Room, 39 Drury Lane. With Nicolas Medicamento, Quentin Fichot and makers of exceptional alcohol-free and mood-enhancing spirits.

Wednesday 16th October – 2pm-5pm 

🤿 A deep dive into Alcohol-Free Beer at Four Pure Brewery in Bermondsey, followed by tips and skills to promote your alcohol-free range 

Wednesday 23rd October – 2pm-5pm + graduation meal 6-8pm

🍇 Understanding alcohol-free wine and wine alternatives and pairing drinks with food at The Club Soda Tasting Room. Join Josh Kelly, Christine Parkinson. Learn about the key techniques in this category and meet some of the makers.
