The wine has aromas of cherry, wild berry, red currant and roasted notes on the nose. Fully fruity, balanced sweet and sour on the palate. Dry and light with a medium-long tannic finish.

Since 2003, Jörg Geiger has been using heritage fruit varieties and more than 200 spices, 70 different herbs and 20 types of blossoms to create unique complex beverages with a plethora of aromas and depth. The alcohol-free creations of Manufaktur Jörg Geiger offer a huge variety of choice: from tried and tested fruity “classics” to expressive seasonal products, from non-sparkling creations designed to accompany food to complex cuvées. They often harvest fruits before they are fully ripe to keep the drinks dry in taste, and low in sugar.
