The nose and flavours are complex with exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers.
Moderato are France’s leading alcohol-free wine producers. They select quality wines, and then gently remove the alcohol from them using low temperature vacuum distillation. This method preserves the wine’s structure, and finds the perfect balance for an alcohol-free wine.
