The team behind ZENO carried out extensive research and development by the founding team created single estate wines focused on texture and finesse for the wine enthusiast on occasions when they choose to abstain. The team challenged themselves to push the boundaries with quality in the category and spent three years in research and development looking at the production cycle. The brand launched its range of alcohol-liberated wines in October 2022.
