Bel Nada L’Aperitivo is an alcohol-free aromatic and floral Italian Aperitif from Switzerland. It combines the zesty tang of grapefruit with the delicate floral notes of rose, lavender, and rosemary.
Serve by pouring 1 shot (50ml) of L’Aperitivo over ice and top with 2 shots (100ml) of tonic or fizzy water. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and rosemary.
Bel Nada is made by friends over two decades, Katie and Rebecca. They had careers in marketing, hospitality and law, and on returning to their Swiss home in 2020 started Bel Nada together.
They want to create drinks that taste good, look good and leave as little trace as possible on our bodies and the environment. Working for 18 months with expert drink technicians across Switzerland, Bel Nada is the end product. Now available in the UK in the Club Soda Tasting Room.
