It has an expressive bouquet of white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant, violet, and a hint of fresh herbs.Twice-fermented using BOLLE’s own special low-alcohol yeast strain, the only non-alcoholic wines in the world fermented after de-alcholization.
Roberto Vanin is Bolle’s Founder and Chief Wine Maker. His roots in Treviso, Italy, planted the seeds for his love of sparkling wine, affectionately known as “BOLLE”. He was educated in wine making and chemistry at the University of Padova and has had a distinguished career in research and development across various industries.
