Gnista has always focused on the quality of the liquid and the drinking experience. Founder Erika asked herself what people want from a cocktail moment and what the future of drinking looks like. She thought about how people could treat themselves and celebrate, but without relying on alcohol, and this is how she began to develop the range. First created in Erika’s kitchen, these drinks are still hand-made in small batches and served in some of the world’s most renowned bars (Atlas Singapore, José Andrés NY etc).

Ingredients: Water, rhubarb juice, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, oak, rye malt, ginger, black pepper), extracts made from vodka (almond, cinnamon, rosemary & habanero), wort, sea salt, preserved by sodium sorbate and sodium benzoate, distillates from botanicals (rosemary, clove, and cinnamon)

We are only able to deliver to addresses in the UK. Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly can take longer. We do not delivery to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
