Kenny had been struggling with stomach issues, and after living in America and learning about the popularity of kombucha, Emma showed Kenny how to make it for himself. Within a matter of weeks, many of Kenny’s problems were alleviated – and it led to the creation of a kombucha microbrewery which has grown into the current business.
