Jörg Geiger 37° Pinot Noir is an alcohol-free red wine. The winery is Domaine de Petit Roubié in central Languedoc, converted to organic farming in 1981. The sunlight is particularly intense there, right by the sea, and the wine has intense cherry notes and the scent of raspberry. Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and blackberry are further refinements to create a new taste experience on the dealcoholized wine. The complexity of this drink is further enhanced with an extract of prunes, roasted hazelnuts and coffee.
Food pairing ideas: Ideal with fine meat dishes, game and game bird, root vegetables, as well as accompaniment with dark chocolate.
Aroma: rasberry and cherry, delicate, multilayered.
Taste: red berries, fine tannins, dry.
Drinking temperature: 14-16°C.
