Jörg Geiger Champagner Bratbirne is a dealcoholized sparkling wine alternative drink, made exclusively from the Champagner-Bratbirne, or Champagne roasting pear. After at least three years of bottle fermentation, matured vintages of the sparkling pear wine are opened and gently dealcoholized, then blended with a touch of pear juice and flower extracts, resulting in a unique drink.

Since 2003, Jörg Geiger has been using heritage fruit varieties and more than 200 spices, 70 different herbs and 20 types of blossoms to create unique complex beverages with a plethora of aromas and depth. The alcohol-free creations of Manufaktur Jörg Geiger offer a huge variety of choice: from tried and tested fruity “classics” to expressive seasonal products, from non-sparkling creations designed to accompany food to complex cuvées. They often harvest fruits before they are fully ripe to keep the drinks dry in taste, and low in sugar.
