Jörg Geiger Cuvée No. 11 is an alcohol-free wine alternative drink, made with unripe apple and oak leaf.
The aroma is citrus fruit with intensive notes of white blossoms, underlaid with a hint of vanilla and fresh apple.
Taste is lean, light and tangy, With less sweetness and more lemony freshness instead. Fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge in the medium-length finish.
Food pairing ideas: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter.
Since 2003, Jörg Geiger has been using heritage fruit varieties and more than 200 spices, 70 different herbs and 20 types of blossoms to create unique complex beverages with a plethora of aromas and depth. The alcohol-free creations of Manufaktur Jörg Geiger offer a huge variety of choice: from tried and tested fruity “classics” to expressive seasonal products, from non-sparkling creations designed to accompany food to complex cuvées. They often harvest fruits before they are fully ripe to keep the drinks dry in taste, and low in sugar.
