Sonja Mitchell set up Jump Ship Brewing out of a love of beer and a horror of hangovers and their beers are now found in some of Scotland’s finest venues. They launched in December 2019 on the back of successful crowdfunding, with their flagship lager Yardarm, which was awarded Best No/Low Alcohol Lager by the World Beer Awards 2021, beating major global brands in the process. From their base in Edinburgh, they’ve continued to expand their range of small-batch craft beers, picking up more awards along the way. Jump Ship Brewing aim to be as inclusive as possible, all of their core range beers are vegan and gluten-free. They donate 10% of profits to charity and have a focus on sustainability.
