ISH use a distillate from chilli seeds to mimic the warmth of drinking a full-strenth spirit. They asked themselves a simple question when they were coming up with the brand, ‘what if we could enjoy our favourite social drinks and be a bit more mindful of what we put in our bodies?’. Founder Morten Sorensen completed a 100-day alcohol-free challenge in late 2017. He wanted to make it easier to go out for drinks and still enjoy a productive day after. Morten wanted to bridge mindful consumption with his desire to be social or to grab that well-deserved Tuesday tipple after a long day. It’s why ISH offers such a broad range of award-winning alcoholic-free wines, spirits and cocktails.
