Sourced from the southern terroirs in France, it took the Moderato team several months of work and subtle barrel aging to develop a rich and balanced character for this wine.
Expect a vibrant bouquet of ripe red berries, cherry, and subtle earthy undertones, balanced by a delicate structure and soft tannins. Its smooth finish and refined acidity make it a perfect companion for cheese boards, grilled vegetables, or plant-based dishes.
