The Next Round: What happens after you change your drinking?
Sober Spirits W is crafted from an authentic 3-year-old whisky spirit, it has been ‘bourbonized’ by redistilling it. The aroma of Sober Spirits W 0.0% – Bourbon alternative is typical of an American Bourbon, woody and intense in flavor with a gourmand Toffee note (chocolate & caramel), sublimated by a delicious hint of vanilla.
Serving suggestion: Use in alcohol-free cocktails as you would with an alcoholic spirit (50ml per serve).
If you want to make real alternatives to spirits, why not start with real spirits? This is the heart of Sober Spirits’ approach. Based in Grasse, the world capital of perfumes in the south of France, they extract all the alcohol from spirits, splitting the taste and the pure ethanol, which is then recycled in the high perfumery industry.
