Wednesday’s Domaine Eclat sparkling wine has zip, zing and everything you need to celebrate life’s important moments, big or small. It is made with a beautiful Verdejo wine from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, and gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create the fizz.

Wednesday’s Domaine has taken de-alcoholised wines and blended them with natural flavours and other elements to maintain the body, flavours, aromas and complexity that can be lost when alcohol is removed. They created these wines so that nobody choosing not to drink alcohol would have to feel left out.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place prior to opening. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within five days.
