Recipes using Lyre’s Aperitivo

Amalfi Spritz:

This refreshing beverage is best served in a tall wine glass with fresh cubed ice and an orange slice. Just add all the ingredients in the glass and stir, then fill it with fresh cubed ice and garnish. For this recipe you will need: 

  • 60ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz 
  • 60ml Premium Alcohol Free Prosecco
  • 30ml Soda Water

Negroni:

This treat is not just a sweet, Italian orange beverage but is also full of surprises. This also would be amazing with fresh cubed ice and an orange slice, just stir briefly over the ice and garnish. For this recipe you will need: 

  • 30ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
  • 30ml Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso
  • 30ml Lyre’s Italian Orange 

Dry Martini:

James Bond might not be happy with this beverage being stirred, not shaken but Lyre’s Dry Martini will certainly charm you. Top this with either an olive or lemon twist and of course, served in a Martini glass. For this you will need:

  • 60ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
  • 15ml Lyre’s Aperitif Dry

Aperitif Dry on Ice:

Simple but elegant. With a lemon slice for garnish, this dry pour is the perfect serve to whet your appetite before dinner. For this, you simply need to serve over ice:

Rosa Negroni:

This beverage has an aromatic coastal twist and is best served in an old fashioned glass, with cubed ice, a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wheel. For this, you will need:

  • 45ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
  • 15ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
  • 30ml Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso
  • 4 fresh raspberries
