This impact report tells the story of “the Offy”, our pop-up alcohol-free drinks shop in London from December 2021 to March 2022.

On 13 December 2021, we opened our alcohol-free off-licence in a previously empty shop unit at 59 Great Portland Street in central London. This impact report tells the story of “the Offy”, with information about the products in the shop, their sales, who our customers were, the events we organised, coverage of the pop-up in media, and social media activity.

We also discuss some of our learnings and let visitors and other participants have their say. This report is free to download.
