Bel Nada Le Botanique is a crisp and Alpine distillate from Switzerland. It is an alcohol-free gin alternative, with an alpine distillate infused with a blend of gin botanicals and the distinct aroma of Swiss pine.
Serve as the Bel B&T: Pour 1 shot (50ml) of Le Botanique over ice and top with 3 shots (150ml) of tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon & a sprig of rosemary.
Bel Nada is made by friends over two decades, Katie and Rebecca. They had careers in marketing, hospitality and law, and on returning to their Swiss home in 2020 started Bel Nada together.
They want to create drinks that taste good, look good and leave as little trace as possible on our bodies and the environment. Working for 18 months with expert drink technicians across Switzerland, Bel Nada is the end product. Now available in the UK in the Club Soda Tasting Room.
