During lockdown, Wavelength’s founder Eddie Lofthouse, became experimental with fermentations. He made use of the (Harbour) brewery test kit to play with various new ferments and flavours, everything from pine cones & pink grapefruit to peppercorns. After lots of good & bad experiments, he created the recipes you now know as Ruby & Amber. Now, a team of experts in Cornwall makes this premium fermented non-alcoholic aperitif made from scratch.
