Wavelength Ruby is double fermented for 30 days with grapefruit peel, orange peel, hibiscus, pink peppercorns, and lavender. This aperitif is bitter dominant and leaves a lasting, quenching aftertaste.
Serving suggestion: serve over ice with a premium tonic. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Wavelength Ruby is a multi-award-winning non-alcoholic aperitif. It received a number of awards in 2023, including the IWSC Silver.
During lockdown, Wavelength’s founder Eddie Lofthouse, became experimental with fermentations. He made use of the (Harbour) brewery test kit to play with various new ferments and flavours, everything from pine cones & pink grapefruit to peppercorns. After lots of good & bad experiments, he created the recipes you now know as Ruby & Amber.
